Kerry believes in working collaboratively with clients to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for them to express themselves and feel heard. Kerry specializes in helping clients who struggle with low self-worth, which can lead to feelings of overwhelm, stress, and anxiety. She works with clients to help them discover their true selves and voice, which can be lost through people-pleasing behaviors or burnout from constant worry.
